Shipping

Your beautiful piece/s will be shipped to the address you have provided via NZ Post. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery. Flat rate for NZ delivery is $10.

For Australia, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Flat rate to Australia is $22 via NZ Post.

Returns

Full priced items may be returned for a store credit or exchange provided the following criteria is met:

• The garment is in its original condition - the tag and hygiene sticker is still attached, is unworn and unwashed.

• The piece is returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date.

Sale items are for final sale and not eligible for exchange or credit so please choose carefully. 

Please note shipping charges are non refundable. We recommend using tracked postage when returning your goods.

Faulty items

If your garment is faulty we will fulfill our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
